1. Acceptance

This website is provided by the Division of Health and Wellness of the Tobago House of Assembly (“the Division”). By using it, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not medical advice or an emergency service

Content on this website is general public information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In a medical emergency, call 211 or (868) 639-4444. Directory submissions and website forms are not monitored as emergency or appointment channels.

3. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep information current, but service hours, facility details and programmes may change. Plans and targets described from the THA development blueprint are policy commitments, not guarantees of services already delivered. Confirm details with the Tobago Regional Health Authority before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or another person’s information without authorisation;
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, administrative areas or data, contrary to the Computer Misuse Act (Chap. 11:17) or the Cybercrime laws of Trinidad and Tobago;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or upload malicious code;
• Use the site or directory data for harassment, marketing or any unlawful purpose.

The Division may remove content or restrict access where these terms are breached, and may refer matters to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.

5. Staff accounts

Administrative access is restricted to authorised officers. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, content, logos and illustrations on this site belong to the Tobago House of Assembly and are protected under the Copyright Act (Chap. 82:80) of Trinidad and Tobago. You may view and share information for personal, non-commercial and public-interest purposes with attribution. The THA crest and Division logo may not be used without written permission. Illustrations are conceptual and do not depict actual facilities or persons.

7. Third-party links

Links to other websites, including other THA and Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago services, are provided for convenience. The Division is not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, and the Division, the Tobago House of Assembly and the State are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
